Marketing Manager

We are looking for a T-shaped Marketing Manager to join our fully distributed marketing team.

The team consists of ~7-8 full-time people as well as external freelancers. Daily you’ll cooperate with our CMO @Jakub, Marketing Manager @Patrycja, Marketing Specialist @Dominika, Web Designer @Alex, and Videographer @Artur

As a Marketing Manager at neptune.ai, you will be the CEO of demand generation and creation programs, end to end, from ideation to reporting. The team will help you, obviously, but it’s on you to ensure these programs are successful. There’s no micromanagement and “can we make this button bigger” bs going on.

Your first goal is to design and implement the strategy for paid ads program, including Youtube, Twitter, Reddit, Linkedin, Google search, and more. Currently, we mostly do demand capture but want to start working on the demand generation too. Then it’s up to you what’s next. Social media, email, live events, SEO – whatever you think can have the most impact.

We are a developer-focused, product-led, SaaS, series A startup. That means you will have the resources to do really cool things and see a real impact on your work.

A few words you will often hear: the voice of customer research, jobs to be done, demand generation, brand story, revenue, ungated content, career growth, positioning, ownership, and impact.



Our expectations:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing for SaaS products;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Track record of running paid campaigns and generating demand for SaaS products;
  • T-Shaped Marketing skillset with knowledge of product marketing, paid campaigns, content, social media, email marketing, webinars, live events, and website optimization;
  • Solid copywriting skills;
  • Experience collaborating with web designers, copywriters, video producers, and subject matter experts on delivering projects;


Nice to have:

  • Experience working at a startup and/or in marketing a dev tool;
  • Experience in organizing and promoting virtual events;
  • Experience in cooperating with DevRel / Dev Advocates;
  • Knowledge of on-site SEO optimization;
  • Track record of building relations with industry influencers/bloggers.
