UX/UI Designer
Remote in EuropeAs a UX/UI Designer, you will play a vital role in the product development process by translating user and business needs into intuitive, functional, and beautiful design solutions. You will be solving usability problems through deep user understanding, experimentation, and refinement.
You will be a part of our Product team, collaborating with Aleksandra (our Senior UX/UI Designer), product managers, technical writers, developer advocates, and software engineers.
At Neptune, we have quite an ambitious goal of becoming an MLOps standard for data scientists worldwide. Our tool is a metadata repository and observability platform built for research and production teams that run multiple ML experiments. We design Neptune to be extensible, flexible, and lightweight to ensure it fits any workflow and keeps up with this fast-paced field.

- Design intuitive and practical solutions that meet users’ needs and business objectives;
- Synthesize abstract ideas into concrete user experience and design implications – translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Identify and address user journey bottlenecks and friction points, and suggest UX improvements;
- Work with design system (we use Figma) – make use of available design components for quick prototyping, as well as refine and extend patterns and interactions.
- Use product analytics and user insights to make data-driven design decisions and validate implemented solutions;
- Collaborate closely with other product and engineering team members.
- 4+ years of experience designing web-based products;
- 2+ years of professional experience in B2B SaaS product design;
- Proficiency in creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma or similar;
- Experience in working with design systems;
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions;
- User-centric, data-driven mindset and clear orientation to goals through iterative design;
- Excellent English communication skills.

- Experience in designing products for engineers/developers or with data-heavy products;
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
